Max health to level ratio.

It refers to the monsters hitpoints divided by it's combat level.

Quite the contrary it does nothing. It can be pretty informative.

Ratio

The ratio is the monster's hitpoints divided by its level. It will help you to determine how efficient it is to train on. The higher the number the better the monster is for training. For example, the Ice Giant (level 53) has 70 hitpoints. 70/53 = 1.32. The Ogre (level 53), on the other hand, has 60 hitpoints. 60/53 = 1.13. So by purely level to hitpoints it would be better to train on the Ice Giant, but remember you must take into account the average damage and the defensive capibilities of the monsters (something pure numbers can't tell you).

Yeah power training relies on monsters with high hp compared to their level.

As the lower lvl means they are easier to kill, but each hp they have means more xp.

As u get 4xp per hit, so a monster with 50 hp gives more xp than one with 20.

The ratio determines how good they are for training on.

If you look popualr power training spots largely have monsters with very high ratios; eg rock crab is 3.85
