I remember getting about 12 runes when i used lobsters on the bunyip. With higher-level fish you lose a lot of money.Best thing to use is a Granite Lobster for all kinds of fishing. It gives some bonus exp, an invisible boost, and the sharks and swordfish it catches more then pay for the pouch. If you can't do that then an Ibis would be second best. The only time i would use a bunyip is if i was using fishing brawlers, and is deep in the wild and can't bank the fish.
