Mining granite

Is there a conventional way to mine granite without the enchanted water tiara? Yes, there are water skins, but they take up space and need to be refilled. Or is there a bank near the mine? Im trying to get to 77 mining, and i have heard granite is the fastest. So really, any advice would be nice.

I'd imagine like 4 waterskins should be enough as well, maybe even 2.

The more waterskins, the more efficiently you'll be using humidify.

 

That being said, you only need 4 empty slots for the granite and 3 for the runes, so 20 waterskins would do fine (if you want to leave a space for random event boxes).

I dont have lunar...and isnt humidify on lunar? and past my magic lvl?

There's not really a close bank. But, you could bring an enchanted broom to tele to the sorceresses garden, then back out to Shantay's pass, take the magic carpet close to the granite. If you bring a lot of waterskins, you should be able to last a decent amount of time before you have to go back to bank. Plus Shantay sells full waterskins.

I would only do Granite with access to Humidify or the Tiara.. since you have neither then maybe you should just go with Iron (powermining or banking, whichever you prefer)

 

But if you absolutely want to do granite, then try to get the Camulet as it teleports you right next to the granite mines. Then you can just tele to cwars bank and tele to the mines. Any other method, in my opinion, would diminish the exp to much to be worth it.

Obtained as a reward after the Enakhra's Lament quest.

 

It can be recharged by using camel dung on it. If lost, the camulet can be reobtained by talking to Lazim.

 

Uses:

Lets you talk to camels when you wear it. If it is charged it can be rubbed to teleport you back to Enakhra's temple. Right click it to check how many teleport charges remain.
