All of the above are stated exactly as in runescape. I know because I am currently doing this quest, tip.it's requirements said I could do these subquests when runescape wouldn't let me.

What does the in-game quest journal say?

 

Usually (hopefully?) it will list all of the requirements you need to complete the quest, and will tell you which ones you do or do not meet.

 

Have you thoroughly checked to see that you fit all the Skill level and Quest requirements?

 

As it stands right now, our Tip.It quest guide correctly lists all of the requirements as according to Jagex.

I can see what you mean. :ohnoes: Although the guide states the correct requirement, we need to update the quest calculator. I'm reviewing all the requirements (quest and skill) and I'll see what needs to be updated. I'll discuss this with the crew. Thanks for bringing this to our attention!
