Charging air orbs.

First of all, I'm looking for cheap ways to 99 mage(currently at 94)

I want to charge air orbs but im afraid it would take about 75 hours to do that. BUT im making money at the same time.

Is it worth the extra time?

 

I only have 4m to spend so, if you know any other ways.... feel free to post.

75 hours for 94-99 mage? That seems pretty quick considering alching is like 1k/ph. With 4million, i don't see many viable options to train it otherwise.

super-heating steel bars is profitable, (nats around 300, 150 iron ore, 200x2 coal prices a bit rough will come back with xp/p.h rates) but its even slower than high alching.

 

if you had the money I would suggest either making tele tabs or lunar teleports?

So without a familiar you can charge about ~540 orbs/hr. That's pretty decent profit and about 41k xp/hr, and more "afkable" than some comparable methods. Seems solid to me.

Outside of the slow and profitable methods, you really can't get that much xp on such a small budget, sorry. You would need at least 15m to get it by practical means (ie, methods that don't involve an insane amount of clicking or 300+ hours).

If you used a Terrorbirds tireless run scrolls, it'd be much quicker too.

 

Im not sure on the costs to make battlestaffs, but buying at GE price you lose like 34gp per alch. You could look into making them into staffs and alching for additional xp.
