fenrir321
With the new fire surge giving a base of 90 exp and the (assumed) damage average giving 28 exp for a total of ~118 exp per cast, is high alching at cwars a thing of the past? Or would Avansies be too crowded o make the time efficient?
Troacctid
Since when are you allowed to high alch in Castle Wars? Anyway, even if fire surge is strictly better than alching, people will still alch to get the level to cast fire surge, no? So there you have it. Not a thing of the past. Read my blog | Follow me on Twitter | Track my XP

gspbeetle
High alch is never mean to be the fastest way to train. We have stun, plank make and barrages. You are talking about 3gp/exp vs 8-10gp/exp (depends how high your fire surge can actually hit).If you see someone is doing high alch, that person might just have alot of junk to get rid of...By last month's update, super heat and other converting spells have their speed increased already made high alch less attractive as a mean of training.
