Darkvengence
I'm going to be getting 99 in one of these skills as my first skill 99, just not sure which one yet. How should I train? I would assume..-Buy green leather, make into bodies, and sell.-Buy bars, make best plate you can, and sell.
Vulxai
You should look into SC for either needles or hammers (whichever skill you choose) to cut the costs in half. ~ Proud Father ~ Proud (Currently Deployed) Army National Guardsmen ~ Proud Lakota ~ Retired Tip.It Crew ~
abbydog95
1. Use sacred clay needles and hammers. 2. Crafting is faster than Smithing. PSN: Skaterguy1224 Tactical Nukes -
Bladewing
You have it right, but last time I checked it's not worth using SC needles if you make over 900k/hour (PROBABLY has changed since I got 99 craft). 2. Crafting is faster than Smithing.Smithing is faster than Crafting. You get about 220k xp/hour with green bodies (using SC needles, not including time to get them). You get 275k xp/hour with mithril plates and 340k xp/hour with adamant plates. Add to that that you must spend 45% more time grinding SC for needles than you would for hammers. Zaaps1
Do not use SC needles, but DO use SC hammers. For smithing, you can also make arrowheads/bolt tips to cut costs slightly. ~It's Super Effective! Well, I was referring to Adamant Arrowheads vs. Mithril Platebodies for players below 88 smithing. ~It's Super Effective!
