Blaire
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rE6dWct8DRs After seeing this video, I'm actually quite eager to try it myself. From what I can gather, he's using an Iron Dagger++, a Ring of Recoil, and some Pizzas. Though, what's the Purple potion he drinks? A Super Defence I assume? Also, Dragon Slayer requires 33 Quest Points to start, but gathering from all the F2P quests which don't reward combat experience, I'll only have about 23 QP's all up from them. So I might have to go P2P for this. Anyone have any thoughts or advice/tips?
wordsofthelord
The purple pot I think is an antifire potion, a members only potion. My guess is that he got mebers long enough to gwt some easy QPs so he could do d slayer as a level 3.
Blaire
Yeah, I thought as much too. Would people like to see a Blog/Picture diary on this?
Sinkhan
Well there are a ton of memb quests that give QPs and of course, the iron++ is a membs only weapon. Even if there were sufficient non-combat giving quests for the QP req, I think it would still be almost impossible without poison and an antifire pot. Something to fill my sig with until I find a replacement. Also check out my blug
Blaire
And as with Dragon Slayer itself, I know you have to kill a Lesser Demon to obtain the Maze Key, is it possible to lose the aggro so that one of your other friends can take the Demon out for you? xirian6
Killing the demon is quite easy since you can poison it and then save spot to let the poison kill it. For as far as the potion this is an anti-dragon fire potion. After seeing the video I think this guy is hero :D And Im surely going to try this myself. Sirus
Don't forget that the ring of recoil is the other damager at work, and is also members. Good luck doing this on f2p at all, despite the QP requirement. ~Sirus Finally bought my whip. =D
Kaida23
Would people like to see a Blog/Picture diary on this?I sure would. I'd love to see the process of getting ready for, and doing this. Check out my blog to read the Adventures of a Big Damn (F2P) Hero. THE place for all free players to connect, hang out and talk about how awesome it is to be F2P. So, Kaida is the real version of every fictional science-badass? That explains a lot, actually... mooo3000
I never did it at level 3, I was lvl 10 when I did Dragon slayer. All I did was used a load of Sarabrews and recoils and used glories if I died. The hardest part would be the lesser, but its not really a problem with a friend giving you food or recoils if you do melzars maze in p2p.
