ok whats the fastest way to get 99 mage with 20mil (ish)? is it possible? i dont mind spending it all

sorry but with 20m even the cheapest method (alching) is not possible. you could pest control or soul wars though. Alching these days from 75 to 99 would cost more around 35-40m. i would know >_>

Totally false. Magic is extremely easy to train at a profit. Charging air orbs makes about 275k gp/hr and 41k xp/hr. B2P tabs are about 400k gp/hr and 24k xp/hr. Do either or both of those methods and combne them with other methods at your pleasure. Solo rex for 20k+ exp/hr. Then use the profit to burst lobs for big exp and charms. :)

2 good ways.

 

1. Buy sand and seaweed.

Superglass make them

Sell the molten glass

 

With the funds from the glass, buy uncharged orbs.

Go charge them into air orbs

Sell the orbs

 

or put the orbs onto staves.

Alch them.

 

2. Mine/buy gold ores/bars (depends if you want smithing XP, if you mine your own you profit more)

Make them into gold amulets.(gold amulets don't buy fast on the GE)

String them with lunars

Sell them to the bloke you rescue after Summers End.

Cheapest method of alching i found was Rune Brutals. It is possible to lose as little as 140gp each, but you need to get them when nats are low and they do only sell 1k every 4 hours so you'll need to use forums i would think.

 

Seeing as you dont actually want to Alch, i'd suggest running orbs or even super heating steel bars, but thats incredily tedious. Your best bet is to look for a method that can make you money (Solo Rex has been suggested) then use the profit to buy more expensive and faster xp.
