Wherever I go...there's always someone that wants to insult or argue with me

Why would you read what others say?

I agree. My main (wug120) can't use free chat because i don't want to hear people insult me while i skill. On my other (isvpc), however, if someone is bothering me, i say "OMG I JUST GOT A PM THAT SAID A KID IS GIVING AWAY FREE ABYSSAL WHIPS NEAR CANFIS!" Works like a charm!

You have to take off everything except your gloves and boots. WTF JAGEX?

Don't forget about the ring, you can keep that one to :)

And your necklace.

And quiver! This is fun :P!

Just ignore em. People generally criticise others about what they want to see in themselves. Basically, you tell someone else their stupid, you want to be smart :-o

I have noticed this as a "new wave" kind of thing(GO 80'S) and it makes me ask myself, where is the runescape community going?

My signature got deleted :(

And I lost all the links. Thanks Gandorf61.

Straight to the hot place in a shopping cart. Unfortunately hordes of immature players is an unavoidable consequence of playing the world's most popular, free MMORPG.

THE place for all free players to connect, hang out and talk about how awesome it is to be F2P.

So, Kaida is the real version of every fictional science-badass? That explains a lot, actually...

Sadly, it's not even just the free game anymore. Loads of members, even high-leveled ones, are just as immature.

Generally, my experience in public chat has been positive. I talk with random people and get nice conversations going. I've only ignored someone for a serious reason about 8 times. I've been playing since '06.

I've noticed this. and while i've always beleived that high levels have the right to put lower levels in their place, there are so many lower levels who think they can speak down to higher levels.

i'll admit it though, i call people noobs when:

they come (after me) to a secluded or individual training spot and they dont leave. this especially annoys me when they have lower levels/ worse gear

they said ridiculous things in pvp. in pvp i never tend to call people noobs.. only when they say "dm" and then run or they pj me and dont expect me to use my anti pj mechanism (broad bolts ftw)

A right? A low level can speak down to a high level and a high level can speak down to a low level.

Its when they speak down for a stupid reason "Lulz, you haz no livezzzz" then its stupid. But nonetheless high levels don't have any more right than lower levels.

O.O
