Royal Mail not delivering parcels that have been dispatched?

Featured Replies

Well heres the story.

Two weeks ago i ordered Burnout for the PSP so i could play it with a friend . So i ordered it all happily and it came to postage. I wanted it fast because im inpatient and so i paid an extra 1 pound 55p (sorry pound sign isn't working) for it to come within 1-2 working days.

It is now two weeks later and the game has still not arrived. Amazon said that they have sent it and Royal Mail say they have not recieved it.

I know that a lot of things go missing in the post so i was not too surprised. But then i found out from my family that my sisters DVD's and my rugby ball had not yet arrived. These were all bought from different places and all ordered about 2-3 weeks ago. But we are still reciving all the letters and bills and stuff.

This is very strange and the only possible thing i can think that could be happening is our post is being searched. We phoned Royal Mail and they have not received any of the parcels and we phoned all the suppliers and they say that they have all been dispatched.

We were told that we can claim insurance on the missing items after 15 days. Has any one had any experience with this? If so do you get the whole amount back and how does it work?

Well if anyone has any ideas about what might be happening i would like to hear them because it is starting to get very frustrating and I am a little worried.

Cheers.

Think about it. A freaking Dragon Cane with a Dragonstone gem.

The spec will simply your character equiping a glove and beachslapping the enemy, who will break down and do the Cry emote for 10 seconds straight.

The following statement is true. The previous statement is false. 60% of all statistics are made up 90% of the time

SUE THEM! I'm serious

An odd story you have there. I've always ordered stuff off Amazon and Royal Mail manages to deliver a day before the delivery estimate sometimes. The rest of the time it gets delivered on time and I've always received it. If you're getting billed for the stuff they must have accepted your credit details. Now is your address especially the postcode right?

Possibly a tad excessive there, considering the value of the items.

If lots of things are missing check the address you provided on each site like Andy said. If all else fails claim the insurance and try again.

In my experience all of the Internet sites I've used have been great concerning delivery.
