Hey, I've got 2.3m to spend on a avianse range setup, my range level is 75 and defence level is 74.

Im going to be tanking them, Using bones to peaches...

 

Any advice on a good setup, Equipment & Invent?

Essentially what he said, but replacing the bunyip with BtP tablets, and the DFS with a Granite shield. I would recommend bringing an Ayrmdal amulet if you need to take a break or something.
