Hey, I decided to shoot for 99 Range. I currently have 90 Range, and 90 Def. I'm wondering what setup would be best for me? I'm hoping to just camp there for a while, or every few thousand kills. I've read SlayTanicc's very awesome and informative guide. I'm just looking for more of a setup best for me and my character! I haven't been down in GodWars in a LONG time. I recently came back after almost a year break so. I'm hoping for gear so nothing will attack me while down there, and I can focus on killing Aviansie's.

 

So what gear + bolts? B)

Why a neit? I'd rather do a zamorak helm and black d'hide chaps (cheaper + better ranged bonus)

Use broad bolts. No need for anything expensive, they are easily powerful enough.

Verac's helm, verac's skirt, arma plate, zammy book, sara vambs, fury/range ammy, ranger/snakeskin boots, ava's, rune crossbow, and broad bolts should be good.

 

take a few bunyips with summoning pots and alch runes and you shouldn't have to leave.. don't forget your mith grapple if you want to use the less crowded area

 

you could take armadyl helmet with black d-hide if you don't have the money for arma plate and verac's, but just a bunyip might not be enough to heal you, so B2P tabs or enhanced excalibur would be helpful

I think he means overall since zammy dhide body > zammy helm and the costs of a niet helm and blk dhide body are both negligible.

Heres the setup I use, works great ;).

 

This is a great set up, not much else can beat it. You need the barrow items so you don't always keep eating

Don't bother with barrows gear. A strong range bonus + high defense will mean you kill faster therefore take less damage.

 

You can get away with a 170+ range defense and bunyip with the odd ee/sgs spec. A few baskets of stawberries and a few emergency B2P tabs.

I believe about 200+ range bonus gorg maxed the arma kc with only bunyips, ee/sgs and 4 B2P tabs.
