I wouldnt say its the best "hands down", its the best at certain things ... But i would say keep it. Even if a new wepon came out better then the whip whats the chance you could afford it straight away anyway, you would probally still need whip for a while.

It's 5.333 across hp attack str and def, 1.333 for hp and 4 for the other stats depending on how you train them. I thought it was 4 xp per damage, unless training controlled, then it splits the 4 xp between atk, str, and def? It is 4xp over attack, strength and defense even if you train controlled, but he included hp in his original post as a melee skill.

I always hear people boasting about making 500k+ an hour with their skills, but none will say how short of people with very high runecrafting. Is it even possible to make that amount of money via skills? and if so how!?!

I'm guessing you want the spined armour set because you are going to Sigil... you need more then just dagganoth hides, you will also need a circular, flattened, and stretched hide. These are droped on Waterbirth island by dagganoths, you must also complete the fremminnk trials quest.

If they are all at a decent level i would say defense is most important, surviving longer and taking less damage means less food, which means money saved ^_^. Though i have never really been a big fan of strength.

Dragon Dagger (s), the s is for super poison. Also Both of them are worth it for fun if you have the money to spare since you are asking if they are worth it im guessing you dont have alot of spare cash and i would say no just grab dragon dagger and dragon scimitar for now.

I don't doubt HoN is a great game. The micro-transaction thing to me is minor since there is nothing that cant be earned in game besides skins which are 100% for visual reasons... sure if you want your favorite hero fast its easier to buy it. Yes, there is an overall level and stat bonus's outside of the game known as the summoner level which allows them to have masteries and runes., and these can have an effect on the game but over all isn't huge and once you have more competitive games most people have their masteries set up and runes set up for their hero and its really a fair game. I also agree HoN is probally a better game for people who are hardcore enough to get into clans and play competitively but for social play League of Legends is a really fun game.

Nice rant, but all it sounded like was "I don't know much about the game but its bad!!!". Like i said it isn't as hard as DotA, HoN is a lot more hardcore and it isn't free so there are a fair few differences.
