Try Firefox or Chrome to see if it gives a different result?

Seeing as you get the page, you normally should also have access to the css, but that depends on which Jagex server the css is as well if the game is blocked but not the front page.

I flashed my router again, But I will try Firefox if it happens again. The problem is, is that my brother will try on both IE and Firefox on his windows computer and strikeout with both of them.

Then trying another browser isn't necessary if those browser do the same thing on your brother's computer. That eliminates the possibility of a bug in Safari.

What the [BLEEP] do I do?

Hmm, it's accessing Runescape but not getting access to the CSS? That's pretty odd...

How do I fix this?

The best thing would be to resolve the relationship(s) with your family members, and any personal issues you have that cause them to wanna block RS in the first place.

That said, in the first graphical example, as has been mentioned, the browser loads "http://runescape.com/index.ws" but does not associate the stylesheet with it. A recent load here shows that the URI for the stylesheet is "http://www.runescape.com/css/global-30.css". Based on this, I'm guessing, if you are still getting the same results, that they've blocked the string "www.runescape.com", but only that string, so you can load "http://runescape.com" but not the stylesheet as the URI is hardcoded into the page and contains the "www" substring.

So, if this is true, can you load "http://runescape.com/game.ws"? What happens then?
