I can vogue that this is an extremely effective, and cheap, setup. I THINK the Zamorakian spear trains defense on crush, but I'm not 100% sure. I personally used the anchor back when I couldn't afford high end gear, it's also very underrated, much like the Obsidian made and Berserker necklace combo. I was able to do a whole task with it, but i was also using Super Attack and Str pots as well as 15% str on tasks.
