Mischlings
1) (Summoning) Is there a general rule of thumb to know about how much xp you can get from a certain amount of charms? I don't know of any off the top of my head and screwing around with the tip.it planners is a little tedious. (I'm currently 73) 2) (Ranging) I hate eating money like skittles using chinchompas and aviansies are usually more of an annoyance than anything. Because of these, I know my options are limited, but what else is there that would hopefully have some decent speed? (I'm currently 87) 3) (Melee training) What is the best method I can use to train melee stats that's easy to do without paying too much attention? I was thinking zombie monkeys, but I was wondering if there were better options (my lowest melee skill is 92 (attack and defense)) 4) (The hardest skill to train: patience) I've been doing some tormented demon killing recently, but I've run into a problem: other people. Some jackass lured the demons over to kill me, while there's the less direct but no less annoying hopping to find an open spot. I love killing bosses but the people piss me off to no end -- how do you get over that? 5) (Herblore) To the people with 96 herblore, just how useful is Overload? It seems like it's a really big hassle to make, you must repot every 5 minutes, and the 50 damage could be a problem in some situations. So really, how useful is it? It seems like the uses for it could be limited. I might have more questions later, that's just what came to mind. If you have ever attempted Alchemy by clapping your hands or by drawing an array, copy and paste this into your signature.
lagatag
1) no idea, just get to 74 for granite lobster though2) fire giants, dust devils, yaks3) you can afk bandits easily, but armored zombies/zombie monkeys are better xp however you have to pay a a little more attention. AZ because of drops, and I heard zombie monkeys were easy to die at if you didn't pay attention, but I think thats mainly if you're dharoking4) Really? This hasn't happened to me, I'd just change worlds though
Grimy_Bunyip
1) it varies alot depending on what summons you make Blues: 500-800, i go with lava titans for 730 eaCrimsons: 300-450, granite lobsters are only 325 xp ea, you can earn ALOT more xp by saving these charms for later, but it's going to be hard to get that high without bread and butter crimsonsGreens: 90-150 ea, i go with 121 xp/ea fruit bats, and you probably should too. otherwise greens are just silly expensiveGolds: 40-80ish ea 2) time is money dude, you should learn to do things even if it eats money, so long as it saves time Green/Blue dragons these days are decent for money, but slow xpOtherwise anything with low defence. Monsters with VERY low defence like yaks, are very good for using throwing knives on.I would personally range black demons. Low defence, epic charm drop rate. Mind the boredom. You can still cannon aberrant spectres at a profit i believe, you'll want a slayer helmet + rings of slaying though 3) uh i guess you're not going to be doing slayer? Summer's Alternate World Ghostly Warrior HutBanditsArmored Zombiesand of course those skeletal zombies 4) bad luck? i've never had anyone lure TD's at me in over 600 kills. I don't think there are as many jerks out there as you think. 5) overload is amazing, 200 waterfiend kills in an hour NO piety with these babies. i love them to death and use them for everythingyour stats STAY at max, nothing is more efficient than that.To cap it all off, the overload potion OVERPOWERS saradomin brews, yeah you heard me, healing of sara brews, minus the bad side effects. Cptbaker08
http://users.telenet.be/glodenox/Charms/CharmPattern.html I use this java applet for figuring out what pouches to makeOnly problem with that though is it doesn't discard high cost or hard to make pouches. You can filter it out, but i rather look at Kent's guide and just use what he suggests.
