CLUE SCROLLS

So, my current problem is figuring out whether clue scrolls can further my profit, or limit it by completing them.

 

MY NUMBERS currently stand at: killing green dragons for an hour = 600k profit

clue scroll takes roughly 30 minutes, meaning i am losing out on 300k.

 

seeing as clue scrolls are very hit and miss, can i ever make up the 300k i could of got?

As you said, clue scrolls are very hit-and-miss. But even still, I personally do every clue scroll I get, regardless of what level it is.

 

The worst case scenario is, you get poor rewards and lose out on 300k.

 

The best case scenario? You get an item worth millions and millions of GP, far exceeding what you would have made in that hour fighting Greens...

 

And the more you do them, the better you become at doing them - TT's should take way less than half an hour to complete :P

I do one once every 44 minutes (my bunyip timer) and i rarely get anything worth its time. What are the big time rewards now? apart from third age.

Robin hood hat 3.9m

Zamorak platebody 1.6m

Saradomin platebody 2.1m

Guthix platebody 780k

Rune platebody (g) 863k

purple sweets 2.6k ea

Zamorak page 360-500k

etc etc etc

 

Clues are better money than ever before really :D

WEll it is hit and miss but the hits can be huge so why not do them?

 

I got both my 3rd age clues at green dragons so i think they're my good luck charm.

 

Whether you do them or not right after a run i'd say still do as they could be a crap one...

 

 

Or pretty gosh darn awsome
