You can get like 80k xp per hour. Idk how many chops per hour that is but a calculator is our best friend :)

This won't really answer your question, but just as a tip...

 

If you can be bothered to play Stealing Creation to get the required amount of tools, you would only need to chop 7,496 Ivy with SC hatchets to get 99.

Runescape wiki is everyone's best friend :] They say 60k xp per hour, but at higher levels 80k xp per hour is more likely (it goes up to 100k)

 

And how many ivy per hour

 

1. Get a calculator

2. Divide 60k by the ammount xp you get to chop ivy which can be found on tip it

3. Divide 80k by this ammount

4. Divide 100k by this ammount

 

I could get this xp but meh.
