For waterfiends: ZS=SS > GS > Obby neck/mace > Ancient Staff/defender > D mace/defender = Verac flail > Other barrows weps. Don't use guthan's spear there. Don't use guthan's spear there.Sorry to hijack your thread, but what's with the ancient staff? I've been seeing people use these a lot lately and always wondered why. I have tested all of the mentioned weapons and ancient staff is simply the best welfare weapon of the bunch. In fact it not only beat the verac flail, but beat it with full verac's equipped. Simply another case of speed > strength, ancient staff also gives +15 mage defence which is very helpful to lower levels. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
