what wepon for certain skills

my stats are 70 attack 65 strengh and 68 defence im wondering wht would be the best weapon to train each skill with thank you btw iam a member

well whip is generally the best over all. how ever for str i would go with the d scimmy at your level or perhaps a saradomin sword if you have money to spend

I prefer using the whip on controlled and training all 3 at the same time, but if you'd prefer doing it individually, then I'd say whip for attack and defense, and sara sword for strength. D scimmy would be a substitute for strength.

controlled is a good idea for whip. i did that for a while
