Definitely do some slayer to get your combat up.

Also, ranged / farming would look good to get up as well :D

Hmm lvl 99 is too long for me... the only thing that you have is a skillcape. I'm now lvl 92 that is a half of lvl 99.

Train what you want to train. Since you didn't tell us what you like to do in game or what you want to do, it is hard to help you pick out skills to train.

One of the skills in-game...just do whatever you want to do, this is just a game to have some fun, so if you aren't having fun, hop to a different skill. If you can't find any fun...what's the point of playing?

Meh, just get everything to ~75+ in whatever order you feel like. They're all worth training...even the ones that aren't worth training probably have updates in the works that will make them worth training. (Pretty sure they said something about smithing being next in line after herbore, and another thing about adding more rooms to houses for construction, for example.)
