I got a clue and realized it wasn't in your treasure trail guide

 

 

The answer was the top floor of the windmill closest to Lumbrige, on the top floor there is a crate that you search. I have no idea if you could go to any windmill but the Lumbrige one worked.

It is there, however its under 'Six blades i have, yet draw no blood'.

 

Either a mistake on our part or a change by Jagex.

Someone in-game had actually let me know about this, but I just hadn't got around to fixing it yet :P

 

I believe what happened was that the Lumbridge windmill may have in fact previously had six blades, but Jagex updated the windmill graphics so it only has four. This could be the reason why the wording of this clue in particular changed.

 

This wording change has been corrected on the guide.

 

Even though we knew about this correction as I mentioned above, you were really helpful in letting us know on the appropriate forum, and were kind enough to even provide the picture for us :^_^: I've credited you within the Treasure Trail guide credits page for your help.
