New clue, need help

I've never seen this clue before, nor can I find a solution to it on this site..

 

The aviator is at the peak of his profession.

 

 

Anyone know where this is? Any help apreciated!

 

Edit: It was where I thought it was though: The glider gnome on white wolf mountain.

 

So if you want to add that to the treasure trails guide? :)

As a few of the above users have already said, this clue does appear on the Treasure Trail guide - it can be found in the Riddles subsection of the guide.
