Vampires

So I'm getting slayer points by way of mostly Mazchna and every tenth Duradel, and I got 45 vampires from Mazchna. I'm still two combat levels away from leeches ignoring me, so:

 

Where can I find vampires where I can kill them without being jumped by oversized green bloodsuckers?!

I wonder if you could kill the Vampire Juvinates instead for your assignment? They are both east and west of Burgh de Rott if I remember correctly with not a leach in sight.

I went a'checking the RSWiki, and apparently Vampyre Juvinates only count if you get them to 50% health, use the Rod/Flail of Ivandis special, they get pissy, and then you kill them. Otherwise, the i versus y makes a serious difference.

 

Edit: You use the spec, then guthix balance, and if THAT makes them pissy they count. (Leaving out steps confuses people! XD) The special just freezes them. (I suck!)

Oh... oh heeey! Yeah, I remember killing those last time I got a vampire assignment... d'oh, how did I forget about there?

Add another vote to Haunted Mine killing. You can get a number of them lined up, ready to be killed by you. And if you like to pray, the Nature Spirit isn't too far of a run.

 

Another, although slower option is south of the south Port Phasmatys gate. There's a Tormented Soul wandering around the corner made up of the Black Unknown and the Phasmatys wall. Just west of him there's about 3 vamps, plus the one summoned by the spider. A single leech occasionally comes near. This is close to the Ectophial tele and a bank as well.

 

Another option is by using the Haunted Woods fairy ring. Again, there are a few vamps and spiders hanging around there, with only 1 or 2 leeches.

PS-The other two locations aren't necessarily directed at you, but rather anyone that's asking the same question yet isn't super strong.
