Impossible, and will never be introduced, but that would be an awesome addition to the game, for those times when I don't have internet and want an RS fix.

Support transparency... and by extension, freedom and democracy.

I wouldn't play offline, the only reason I play is to interact with friends in the game. Not to train my stats.
