How rare of a drop is it? I plan on camping Abyssal demons for one.

I wouldn't consider them rare, but I camped for max melee at abby demons and got 6 heads. I know a handful of people who've camped like I did and not gotten any.

I've killed under 100 of them and I got an abby head.

 

I believe they are on a different drop wheel than regular drops but I'm not entirely sure.
