Not true, I profit on my Ab spec tasks and I can't say I pick up every herb dropped. You could do this and you would consistently profit, but the range xp wouldn't be very amazing. Better would be to do boss monsters/etc. for money, then buy chins and use them for range xp. ~It's Super Effective!
