When I was charging my penance horn, some people were telling me something interesting,

I didn't believe it at first, so I checked tip.it but I didn't found it here.

So I tried it by myself and it appeared to be true,

 

When someone is wearing the full penance outfit (fighter torso + penance skirt + penance gloves + runner boots + any penance hat)

it recharges 3 prayer points each 60 seconds.

 

Maybe an idea to notice this in the prayer guide and the barbarian assault minigame-guide?

I find it surprising that tip.it updated the guide but completely missed the set effect out. After all its not even an obscure thing, it was announced front and centre of the news post.

That's actually some proof right there! Though the KB is sometimes wrong, it's certainly a good second source!
