Black Demons

I just got them for Slayer for the first time ever. Got no experience with them, tried to melee them with my whip, got hit 16s, so that definitely won't do. What's a good way to fight them (read: finish this task fast) if I don't have a cannon or enough points to cancel it?

well, without a cannon, your best bet for "fast" would be to wear prayer stuff and melee them using melee protect.

You could also try useing a combat familiar with you if you kill them in a multi-combat area.

Sry i couldn't see ur states cause i'm at school i have them too right now. If you have a decent range (80+) i would range them it may take a little bit longer but no need for p pots. I"m there with 60def in void. If you range traverly dungeon is where i am. This might help you.

PS they are agreesive for a little bit but after that they are easy just boring cause i have 180 of them.

Your best bet, with your levels, is to either melee the Black Demons using your best prayer gear (Proselyte if you have it, otherwise Initiate most likely) and protect from melee, and just whip them to death, or to use Ranged to kill them, with Broad Bolts, I'd say.

Personally, I'd melee them. But if you don't have the money to afford the prayer potions, then Range is a very good alternative, even if it is much slower.

Also, using a combat familiar will help speed things up as well, but you'd need to use Chaos Tunnels (I would use them over Taverly Dungeon anyways, familiar or not).

The fastest way without a cannon would be to pray and melee them. If you don't mind it taking a bit longer, you can easily safespot them in the Chaos Tunnels.

Just take a whip and prayer boosting armour and head over to then chaos tunnels. You can afk for awhile, as there are two respawns next o each other. Very fast, and many charms.

Chaos tunnel for sure, there's a spot north of the column (I think it's north, either way it's easy to find  ) where no black demons can reach you, so it's worry free range training while you browse forums or do homework or whatever.
