Just thought I'd point out to you a missing detail from that page, the 3rd last one on the page - The "Greater Magic Cage", it also has the option to teleport everyone trapped in the cage to any of your portal destinations.

 

eg. Since I have portals to Varrock, Falador, Yanille, Ardougne, Camelot and Kharyrll, my Magic Cage has the option to expel anyone in the cage to these destinations - everyone has the option to use this teleporting feature.

Do the players trapped in the cage have an option to go or are they forced?

 

In other words, if I were the poor soul caught in your magic cage, and you expelled me to Varrock, would I be able to refuse going to Varrock? Also, if I had not completed Priest in Peril, could I get expelled to Canafis?

They are sent without warning. I have no idea regarding the Canafis teleport though. I would be willing to test it with anyone who hasn't done the quest.

That is what logic dictates, although it is something that can't be so easily assumed.

People who haven't done the quest can't use the portal, so I doubt they can be teleported there.

I think it is very safe to assume that Jagex doesn't allow them to be teleported there.
