Well, I was joking around in my cc and a recruit reported me for this... seriously? Another player jokingly asked for a good site to bot agility with. Anyways I know who it is, but would it be fair to kick him, considering the situation?

Personally I would kick him, but thats just me, and I don't believe you are allowed to post things which are only meant for your eyes and Jagex's, but hey someone else will handle that

i'd kick him too, obviously not trustworthy

i'm surprised you didn't get banned for this...fyi to the rest of the people who don't already know this, but rsbots org is one of those hacker website things that people have been using for a while, jagex has been stopping them successfully, and the fact that you dare question why you were reported for advertising that is pretty shocking/makes me semi-angry...time for a beer :x

Posting private communications between yourself and Jagex is against the forum rules (see section 1.1). Please refrain from doing so in the future. Asking for help on the best way to appeal bans, however.
