It would be cool, Instead of having a 3 day ban, How about a 3 day "lock down" in the black hole, So you can chat with fellow scammers lol. 8)

About the disc of returning - They would not replace the disc of returning shop, they would make it another item to get out of the black hole, or even change the concept of the black hole so that it is like a jail, not a black hole. People can come and throw stuff at people, a bit like the cell in varrock, only on a more permanent basis, not in a random event.

An idea:

 

 

 

You can fight any rule breaker in Black Hole (or group on him if desired, but he cannot gang up on you). If you win, you get one of his most valuable items, and you wont lose anything even if you lose.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Oh yeah, you can also whether to reborn on spot at full health or teleport outside of the Black Hole if you got defeated.

ok this would kill the economy if you got there most expensive item and people would just go down there fight and get really really rich so getting the most expensive item is bad but fighting them is ok
