  1. Well, hellbellz, is it not possible for people to reach the same conclusion seperately? I myself have seen this idea many times, and while I agree it should be possible, seems like it'd be awkward to implement. (Also, if you were WCing with him, why didn't you nab his stuff? Just not quick enough to the draw? Personally, if I knew who the owner was, I would return it. I say that with complete honesty, I don't have the heart to rip countless hours of work away from a person. Hence, why I'm not such a good PKer.)
  2. I know Gallagher. Seriously...he's an angry sounding guy. Haha.
  3. Could be 10 of them, could be 100, could be more. It's random. Sometimes when I fight blues, I get a clue on my second dragon, other times I get it after 150.
  4. Well, if it was optional, those that DO need it would probably not use it. Because they think their smart enough not to get scammed.
  5. Umm..alright Richie. In any case, it's a possibility. Perhaps for an 87, 92, 95, or 97 slayer monster? I can see it coming eventually.
  6. Nope, it's really only abuse if you purposely do it to cheat the game. Also, are you *sure* it was 27 exp and over 100 exp to level?
  7. 27 exp for a set of normal bones? That sounds like a glitch as well!
  8. Yes, but it'll surely help profits. So it benefits them both ways, in a business sense, and in helping customers. Also, remember how young a lot of the audience is. A little extra protection couldn't hurt.
  9. Meh, It's a nice skill to have, but nothing fantastic, no offense. I've mastered them by doing dozens of clues from blue dragons and greaters, i've gotten mighty good myself.
  10. Are you sure about that? Because whenever I buy key halves from my friends, sometimes they have a large surplus of loop halves...and I know you can get teeth halves from Rick Turpentine, only gotten loops from MOM though.
  11. One thing I've noticed is that almost all scams these days are perpetrated because people fail to check out the second trade screen. A simple solution to this would be to add a MANDATORY 3-6 second timer on the second screen before they can accept the second time. This would nearly ensure that no one would get scammed by this method, unless they are completely ignorant and just scream at how annoying the timer is clicking on accept until it runs out...which I assume will still happen. In any case, it'd be a small inconvience, like a bank PIN, but well worth it.
  12. Yeah, they definately need to add more functionality to the new produce. So maybe people will stop yelping about how useless farming is, a good start is the baked potatos.
  13. Retribution is good enough for this, I think.
  14. Also, in a similar manner, crossbows were frowned upon in honorable battles. I mean, they could be loaded fast, an archer could sit behind a shield, load his crossbow, and take out a Knight, who has spent his WHOLE LIFE training for battle, and just be cut down by a man who was given a crossbow just a few days prior.
  15. interesting idea, but seems overpowered. 3 per log means that they could be easy to get and amass, whereas smoething like bind costs 2 nature runes, which isn't cheap.
  16. Well to me, a dragonhide whip would just sound like a cheaper version of a scimitar. Fast Slashin weapon, but can't do much else. Make higher level smithing even more worthless...
  17. It was just emptiness...and yes, you could get stuck.
  18. Well, there's an NPC in Phasmatys who mentions that he comes from eastern lands, has a Katana and all that Jazz, sells bolt racks. Definately a possibility, and it has a ton of potential, I mean, right now, the current world is pretty locked in place. A whole new continent would open a lot. It could be more, "normal" cities more aimed at higher levels.
  19. Eh, I don't really like adding a F2P skill, but if it's necessary, then go ahead. I can see carpentry being necessary if it were to replace banks, but a chemistry skill? Not too likely, but we'll get stuff to train soon enough, eh?
  20. God, I remember when I first signed up being afraid to leave Lumbridge for ages. I had no idea what the world was shaped, I had always assumed Lumbridge castle was facing North and South, not West and East, that ares still confuses me directionwise today...a little bit, anyway, know where I'm giong, at least. Anyway, I just remember training in the goblin house, getting ecstatic whenever a goblin chain mail dropped, 20gp in the bag! I remember once seeing a Steel Two-hander in the shop, which immediately reminded me of the Buster Sword, and I wanted to buy it, but the price was over 700gp. My Jaw Dropped at that amount. Heh heh...
  21. I think this mighta been an accidental post that was supposed to be a response to another one, but I'll give my thoughts. Just because it has swords doesn't make it have to stick to the medieval theme, we already pretty much have guns, by definition, (cannons) and the theme is however Jagex wishes it. Plus, they could add downsides to them. Like, be powerful and perhaps very accurate (maybe long range as well, as in, long range in comparison to other ranged weapons), but expensive to use and maintain (with all those moving parts, I could understand it malfunctioning), and shoots very slowly.
  22. You do know Jagex has been planning this skill for years, right?
  23. If memory serves me right, the hole was nearly the "expierience" of being banned, users were not placed there, but it was a joke, it's what it'd be like if you WERE banned.
  24. The only matter I have with the idea, is I fear it'd be clogged with nooby items. especially if it's in Falador. That's why I think maybe there should be one or more auction houses in more higher level areas, like Shilo Village, or maybe even just Yanille!
  25. I suppose catching it all under one net would be better for all, provided it got renamed, and I suppose the overall effect of it is different, since it's still a supplementary skill.
