SirIzenhime Posted March 7, 2010 Share Posted March 7, 2010 You could always train slayer. Many of the tasks Slayer Masters assign have decent charm rates for at least one of the colors. There really aren't a lot of Low levels with stand out charm rates. You could always try things like Rock Crabs, or moss giants.
