D. V. Devnull
Hello, Tip.It Staff... While posting a short time ago, I ran into a problem when I tried to use the dancing emote... :D/ ...and found it spewed out... :D/ ...instead of what was desired. As an easy fix, may I suggest the emote code for it be changed to......to get around this? ~D. V. PoorLepRecon
\:D/ As far as I know the dancing smiley has been glitched since we made the transfer to IPB. I pointed out the change right after the forum change, but it isn't a very important update, so most likely it won't be fixed for a while, if at all. MageUK
Discovered this way back when we first made the switch. I've had it reported as a bug since October and it looks like they're marking it fixed for IPB 3.1.0, but the release date of that is not set yet. http://community.invisionpower.com/index.php?app=tracker&showissue=18951
D. V. Devnull
Read the thread that you linked to, Pure_MageUK... I guess at this point, the question is, would it be better to wait for the upgrade, or would it be better to just stick a workaround in, similar to what I suggested? Call me nuts, but I'm just confused... and curious as to what the reasoning is, whatever you've chosen... :anxious: ~D.
