I'm no expert, but it depends on how long you take and what course. Eg Zokot can get about 75-76 laps or something (it could be laps or 76K exp idk) at the advanced barb arena an hour or so....

IDK but im training attack so i can get to 70 from 67 so i can use a whip!

Thats simple to calculate once we know what the normal exp/h rate of the method you're training at is. The multiplier is down to 1.1x at ten hours, and with knowing the average multiplier from hour 0-10 is 1.69x, all you need to do is multiply the exp/h of the method you use by 10 hours and then by the 1.69x exp multiplier (avg) and you'll get your exp gained. Then its easy to see what level you end at.
