Depends if you're going to mage or mine pure ess or rc?

 

If you're going to mage then yes to wolpertinger.

If you're going to mine p ess and rc then yes to titan too.

Yes it's worth it, it will save you a lot of charms in the future...

Pretty sure it's worth going off-course with the levels just a bit for this bonus event, perhaps not for the familiars you unlock - rather the time / money saved.

 

If you're going to mine p ess and rc then yes to titan too.

Slightly off-topic, but the Titan doesn't really contribute much to Runecrafting. It carries the exact same amount of essence as both other Abyssal familiars and the kicker is - the Abyssal lurker lasts 9 minutes longer than the Titan! If you're planning a lot of Runecrafting, that extra time really adds up.

Your slayer, mining and hunter levels are off, I don't think you will die if summoning is 93...

Well using the Titan to RC isn't that great. But using it while mining pure essence is a decent way to make some gp. But if you are already that high of a summoning level then its likely you have other ways of making gp. But with this method its about 300k gp/hr.

 

OT: Summoning is one of the most useful skills to have leveld up. Not only do you get more pouches, but each lvl in the 90s allows you to trade in yet another pouch for shards. But those in the 90s tend to get used quite a bit imo.
