What Happens To Player Location When P2P Expires?

Obviously many know the answer to this but I don't.

Assuming one is a member, and is on a P2P only area of the map, and your membership expires, the next time you log in -- where are you?

So I assume that any higher level armor/weapons actually worn default to rune levels? Or do they go to zero? If to rune levels then F2P could use them as long as they are not unequipped but they would only have rune levels?

All p2p objects become "Members Item" These are unequipable, unusable etc etc. They only retain their visual look. All stats are null and void.

 

Wearing barrows and going f2p = 0 bonuses.

Plus any weapons will not work. And their animation will change. It will look like you are punching with a weapon in your hand.

i'm pretty sure if a p2p weapon weigths 5kg, and you go to f2p, you are still carrying 5kg

You can still do skillcape emotes though. Your bank goes back down to f2p size so banking is hard to do.

 

If you're unsure what we mean by it being a "memeber's object" with no stats, try hopping to a f2p world to see what its like.

So...then if your P2P bank inventory holds more items than the F2P bank inventory slots and you are wearing member gear when you revert to F2P you have a real problem, yes?

Because if you take off the gear, you can't put it in the bank. And the gear has zero stats so you can't use it in F2P.

I think that's how it used to be, but they changed it when people started abusing the weight reduction of Boots of Lightness and the Hunter Capes in f2p. Or maybe they just changed those 3 idk.

They changed the bank so this is no longer a problem. You'll still be able to store your members' gear in the members' section of your bank, assuming that there is space in this section.

Last time I went back to F2P I had stuff I could not put into my bank and had to throw them away. I made a second toon and drop passed them to it to hold till I got P2P back. Can't do that any more either.

Yeah bottom of bank has a f2p and a p2p bank space counter.

 

If you hover over it tells you overflow as well. You just want to make sure u have some p2p space and that f2p doesnt overflow into p2p. Then your sorted.
