HunterMetroid64
Monkfish vs. Cavefish My exp/hr at monks is somewhere around 30k. Would you suggest I go to cavefish until 90 or stick w/ monks? Also what is cavefish exp/hr?

Sinkhan
While fishing at monks myself, I've heard from other players that cavefish are around the same/little bit more xp/h, but quite a bit more gp/hr. However, it's supposed to be a lot less AFKable as you need to pay attention to giant rocks attacking you, but apparently world 84 is good for distributing the attacks amongst everyone fishing. Something to fill my sig with until I find a replacement. Also check out my blug

However since i cant give you a definitive answer, wait for another one to be certain Game Creator :)
muggiwhplar
If you just want XP, you can get about 120k fishing xp/hour catching swordfish with swordfish gloves + clay harpoon. It's probably less efficient in the long-run but I have more fun playing in Clayland and then FoG and then fishing rather than fishing the whole time

How long would you say it would take to get a reasonable amount of Swordfish gloves and Morphic tools (clay harpoons)?

Idk I play SC all the time cuz I think it's fun, and I played a ton of FoG over the summer so I've got plenty of tokens to spare. The amount of time spent in FoG compared to the time spent fishing and playing in Clayland is neglible though, since it takes a long time to use up the gloves (1000 swordfish per pair). The clay tools don't last very long though-- only about 31.5k XP per harpoon, so you use up like 4 tools per hour. Like I said, it's really not that efficient of a method, but I enjoy it a lot because it adds variety to training and I enjoy playing in Clayland and FoG
