To get the cat training medal , can I hunt 100 hellrats?

I believe those count aswell.The way I did that particulart part of the diary was to get a wily cat then go to West Ardougne, in the middle.There are a lot of rats there and the wily hellcat has missed about 2 rats in ~500 so far(caught some hellrats after the diary part was done).

Yes, thats how I got the 100 rats.
