Well i finally completed WGS this past week and i wanted to try and kill a few TD's. I've never been before but i want to try it so i need a setup and invo to take (i would like to not spend a lot of money here as im not the best prayer switcher ever so welfare gear would be appreciated).

K sounds good, any idea what i should take? i was thinking about using d hally for melee attack so i only have to focus on range and mage attacks. Maybe d'hide to help with the mage defence and keep an eye out for when its using range attack. Any suggestions on setup + invo to use?

Don't worry about defence too much, once you get good at prayer switching (make sure you use the F1, F3 shortcut keys) you shouldn't get hit. It's a different type of monster hunting, it requires your entire concentration all of the time. The melee attack is also by far the weakest. A godsword is far superior to a hally, any of them apart from ZGS will provide a decent special but SGS is the best if you can get it.

Make sure you have a spare sapphire lantern in the bank incase you die, you can get back in 2-3 minutes easily, but you can't if you don't have a lantern ;)

I personally like to wear karil's top with verac's helm and skirt, firecape and d boots because I love the nostalgic look. The inventories in Artemis' guide are good, but swap out all those super restores for prayer potions and a holy wrench. I get around 17-18 kills a trip with BGS, runite bolts, unicorn, 99 melees and range.

Good luck

if you can, try to figure out when they switch attacks (its pretty easy to figure out), and then you can effectively pray and not need any sort of armor to defend yourself (which brings in the use of void). As for weopens, I brought bgs, darkbow, and rune c'bow with broad bolts. Used darkbow spec when they switched to pray melee, then switched to rune c'bow, and worked pretty effectively.

Ok i was thinking this setup:

Void Range Helm

Glory / Stole(for prayer)

Void Top

Void Bottoms

Dragon boots

Void Gloves

Defence Cape(t) / Ardy cloak 3

Rune c'bow

Unholy Book

Broad Bolts / Rune bolts

Invo:

Enhanced Excalibur

Darklight

Void Melee Helm

Dragon Halberd

Super Attack (4)

Super Strength (4)

Range potion (4)

15 Prayer potion (4)

Holy Wrench

Sapphire Lantern (have 12 extras in my bank as im sure ill end up dieing several times while doing this)

2 Fire Titan Pouches (1 summoned)

Titan Scrolls

Teleport to House tabs (5 or so maybe?)

EDIT: Just got 79 summoning but i was wondering if i should use a titan or not as its multi-cb and with a titan i might run the risk of luring to many demons on me to survive for long.

anyone have any changes i can make to my setup and invo?

You will only have one on you at a time, so your titan could attack that. I've never tried using a combat familiar there, unicorn is too amazing. You will go through a lot of food without unicorn/sgs. For your first trip, aim to kill 5 TDs, bring 5 prayer potions and 10 sharks or something.
