Hello and welcome to the fourth instalment of the hugely popular, Tip.It Hegemony; a text based strategy game. You are given the leadership of a country in which you can control and use it to compete with other countries. As the leader of your country you can research technologies and build armies in an attempt to outcompete other countries.

Once you have your planet you need to work out how much money you have to spend.

First you need to work out the average of what people earn in your country in US dollars; this will always start at $20’000 and then increase as there is more education. This is called GDP per capita.

Then you need to work out your population, this will start at 10’000’000 and then increase every year, this will increase if you issue a condom ban or baby making campaigns but will usually just go up over time as your population increases.

1. Instead of arguing to decide the winner of a battle a moderator is selected to decide who wins during these battles, they are not allowed to play

The moderator also decides events such as rebellion/strikes/work-increases/events based on how the people in the country would feel.

4. No WMD’s that leave fallout or causes damage to an area over a long time

5. No colonisation of diffrent planets
