Is it really worth Piety'ing all of your slayer tasks? If so what gear setup should I use? I have access to all of the barrows armor, a fury, and soul wars cape/Ardy cape/ Quest point cape.

Use proselyte, sw cape, and other gear being normal.

I use Prossy Platebody, and Verac's skirt when I turmoil/piety tasks. It's quite good if your trying to maximize experience gained per hour.

Maximizes exp/h and also helps you reach the higher levels where there is epic loot a lot faster. Your maybe 20-30% faster with piety so that means 20-30% more gold, charms and drops as well as that much more slayer exp and that much less time before you are getting spiritual mage and abby demon tasks.
