April 21, 201016 yr I was wondering what would be better for training my Attack, Strength and Defence with. Would a GS be better in all the categories than a whip? Strength is obviously going to be the GS. Thanks for your help and replies.

April 21, 201016 yr Godswords are only good for spec weapons and even so, dragon claws are superior for spec's. Whip and rune defender for training attack/defense.Saradomin sword for strength.

April 21, 201016 yr Godswords are very good against high defense opponents, but those are bad for training anyway. For exp, you want soft but high hp targets and a weapon that maximizes rate of damage. Disclaimer: The above is probably inaccurate.
