So basically how I'll do this is that during a session, when I roll and reply to your actions, you'll get a consise note style summary of your action, and a more storylike lore kinda thing, if your action is part of an epic adventure (like the new campaign we're about to start) and actually has something you can do with it.

Grandpa chuckled and adjusted his flopping hat. "I know the perfect story for that. This happened when I was a teenie weensy gnome, just like yourself..."

 

It was the time before my 15th birthday, when the clouds gathered in the Eastern skies. They were higher than any of the clouds we'd seen before, and the sunlight never broke them for weeks on end. The waves washed farther and farther up the coasts of the lands beneath us and pulled the sand into the oceans, making it murky and dark. I could see that the Liches frequently left their stronghold, to search for bones and hearts of beasts. My worst fears came to pass, when the Liches began to summon their undead legions to march upon the only human settlement in the entire region. The Archineers, ancient wizards of allomancy, surfaced as well, bringing their mechanical constructs with them.

 

Something I didn't know until after the ordeal was the removal of the magical seal placed by mages long ago, on the well to the underworld. His name was Grim the just. In his greed to loot the underworld of its posessions, he even took the pain of death in order to retrieve what he thought was rightfully his, one of the white elm staves. When I saw the demons walking upon the Earth, all the ingredients were there. I knew the end was coming. Ragnarok.

Okay, the very first intro part has been put in. Basically the thing I added before, except that it has some foreshadowing which might help you, if you find it.

Two things: By saying "Ragnarok" you have ensured a Mather-related argument. Also, it's not Grim the Just, it's, and I quote:

I used Ragnarok as a synonym for the apocalypse. That's not necessarily a Mather-related argument.

With that a blinding light flashes across the room, huge pillers of flame erupt out of nowhere, a swarm of locusts decend from the sky, the ground opens into a massive pit of brimstone, and Archi reaches across with a mallet and knocks Retech out.

Ragnarok was what the apocalypse acording to norse mythology, it was when the Jotuns would attack, led by Loke, and the Fenrik wolf would eat the sun.

It is propperly used though as Ragnarok is synonomous to Apokalypse in everything but mythology.

You forgot Jormungandr.

 

But yeah, this is what Nex was talking about. The second somebody mentions anything that may be of Norse origin, you feel the need to jump in and elaborate.
