ok im new to barrows and ive only done a handfull of runs im just curious as to what everyone get thre kill count too?

my first run i had 34 kills and i got a guthan helm

my second round i had 50+ kils and got only runes.

Tbh most people jsut get their kc to like 5-10 then open chest.

No need to get it any hgiher than 15 max.

Find a luck number, I usually get 10 or 13.

Basically To explain how the Killcount works, what it does is increase the average loot you recieve from the chest, i.e a 10 killcount may get you 10k, 150 minds and 100 deaths. Where as a killcount of 50 may get you 15k, 180 bloods, 190 deaths and 100 boltracks.

 

Your actual chance of barrows items isnt actually thought to be effected by what killcount you get (other than killing ALL the brothers) essentially your chance of barrows items are greatest by getting a low killcount and killing all the brothers and then repeating.

I always kill 15- more than that is a waste- and if you get a double brother you have a VERY high chance of reciving a barrows item (on all of them I have had an item- and look in my sig- That was double guthan :D
