You are better off coding from scratch in notepad. the code will be clean, valid and look exactly how you want. They've all worked fine for me, but whatever floats your boat :P That produces very sloppy code and generally these sites load a lot slower. Majority of the time these sites just end up with a lot of spacers and images that are solid colors that could have been coded a lot easier and would reduce loading times.
