Lypher
As the title suggests, I'm having trouble getting the skill requirements for the grandmaster quest While Guthix Sleeps. I'm only missing two skills-Herblore (level 48), and Farming (level 48 also). All my other skills meet the requirements. Even though I'm not close to the quest point requirement to do the quest, I want to have all skill requirements handled in advance. Look up LowBrassTeam for my character's skills. I understand that tree farming routes are the fastest way to train farming-I've begun doing curry/maple tree routes. If there's anything else that can help me farm faster, I'd like to know. The real problem I'm having, however, has to do with herblore. I have no idea which potions to make, and my goal is to lose the least amount of money. I would greatly appreciate a plan from level 48-65, with which potions I should make and the preferred method of quickly gathering the materials. (I plan on buying the herbs but collecting the secondaries). It would also be nice if you could provide an estimate of the amount of money I would be losing. Thanks for the help. Dax
Herb farm alongside trees/fruite trees, it'll give you the money to afford Herblore. Don't forget you can boost for either of the requirements to save the cash. #KERR2016/17/18/19/20/21. #rpgformod
Levon_
Super attacks untill super restores is the cheapest way to train herblore. super attacks are about 24 gp/xp super rests are about 22.5 gp/xp. Red spider's eggs are bought out tho so good luck with super restores. It's great you know what you're talking about rustiod. Everything you've said is 100% accurate a true. That being said...your a [bleep]ing [bleep] douchebag, and none of your advice will ever (or should ever) be taken seriously because of it.disregard good advice because the giver is a douche THAT MAKES YOU A BETTER PERSON
L0rdAki
I lol @ the above post. Normal energy pots, Normal Restore pots, and serum 207's are all about 7gp/exp cheaper then super attacks. Drops: Black Mask.Clue rewards: Sara Plate, 2 Robins, Some other random stuff.
Aiel
I lol @ the above post. Normal energy pots, Normal Restore pots, and serum 207's are all about 7gp/exp cheaper then super attacks. But much slower ;) opportunity cost matters bro. DK drops (solo/LS): 66 hatchets, 14 archer rings, 13 berserker rings, 17 warrior rings, 12 seerculls, 13 mud staves, 7 seers ringsQBD drops: 1 kite, 2 visages, 4 dragonbone kits, 3 effigies, lots of crossbow partsCR vs. CLS threads always turn into discussions about penis size....It's not called a Compensation Longsword for nothing.I've sent a 12k combat mission to have Aiel assassinated (poor bastard isn't even Pincers-tier difficulty). L0rdAki
I'm assuming he can't make much....Not everyone can make like 1m/hour. I personally value my time at 0gp/hour, so i use the cheapest methods. Lypher
To be honest, money is really no object, but I'm saving up for other more useful items (such as Bandos gears?) at the moment, so I'm trying to be cheap. Thanks for the help.
Legionwizard
Cleaning herbs is actually still rather fast at your levels, and you gain some money, perhaps also none, but it's quick enough. Achieved quest (07/08/2009), woodcutting (28/06/2010), attack (21/07/2010), strength + constitution (07/08/2010), defence (26/09/2010), summoning (13/01/2011), herblore (03/03/2011), cook (31/08/2012), firemaking (01/09/2012), magic (08/09/2012), prayer (16/09/2012) and ranged (29/10/2012) capes.
