I'm looking to train my range from 86-90.

 

The two main choices I've decided on was either:

 

Slayer or Avianese.

 

I have a full slayer helm, 71 pray, and access to Range potions. I can see making money from both, but more consistantly with Avianese.

 

Current Cash Pile: 3.5m

 

Thoughts? Advice?

If you value it at around 700k-1m now, more efficiant to chin.

 

How much exp/cash pe hour do you get at aviansies?

 

Oh, and don't even consider ranged slayer. Slower then melée slayer by far. It's not even efficiant for getting slayer exp n

I'd rather not chin as I'd like to make some money out of it as I'm a little broke at the moment.

Well if you're broke and want to range, avies are pretty much the best thing for ranged money making other than Armadyl GWD and TDs, but those take closer to maxed ranged and a little more gear.

 

I'd say start out with avies and if you get bored of the setting, slay a bit.

Make 6.5m with your money making method that pulls in that much, chin, use the rest of the time to earn back more money. You'll finish faster and with a larger cashpile (assuming you can pull in that much).

 

If you're insistant on not doing it that way, just say so and I'll give my 2c.

After 90 range, I should have 90 str and defense and looking for a way to make money via boss hunting/grinding :unsure:

 

If you have other methods, I'll be happy to hear them.

Greens/aviansies if you get over 40k exp/ogres with knives/yaks/experiments/ect.

actualy ranged slayer is not totally pointless. As you can max melee with slayer and still not have 99, ranged is useful here. Tasks like nechs, DKs, and bloodveld's also compete with chins in terms of xp. I cant see your slayer level, but if its 80+ you may want to check out bladewing's guide to chinning nechs in general guides.

I find that funny - You realise that it's a better way, but you seem to struggle with the same thing... =/
